TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES:

1. Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit MYR / RM.

2. Prices stated are fix and not inclusive postage. (except if offer stated with free postage)

3. Unless stated otherwise, customers have to bear the flat-rate shipping and handling charges nationwide of RM10 for West Malaysia (Semenanjung), and, RM20 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

4. All sales are final. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable nor refundable.

5. If no payment receive within 24 HOURS after stock confirmation given, order will be automatically cancel. Do inform at next2ushop@yahoo.com if need to extend reservation.

6. No cancellation are allowed after you have make a payment/booking. If there is, payment will be forfeited.

7. All orders are next-day-delivery basis. Kindly allow 3 working days for delivery (excluding weekends & public holidays). No shipment on weekends.

8. Please email us directly if you have any problem regarding the received parcel. Wrong and damaged item can be exchange, T&C apply.
